Cloudy weather can do what to colors in a photograph?

Make them deeper and more vibrant

Make them duller and more faded

Make them faded and more grey

Make them more yellow

    I think the answer is faded and grayer.

    Since there is not enough sunlight to give a better view of the photograph. The shadows can come out and make the photo darker than expected. But if you want this effect it can still be useful.
