The Bafuku style of government was controlled by?

Bakufu was led by a Shogun. Shoguns were military leaders in Feudal Japan who had a Bakufu style government. Since they were in the battlefield all the time, the Bakufu actually means something like a temporary government headquarters which is removed when the fighting ends.
