The earliest records and measurements were from the Sumerian people in the Mesopotamian region, 4000 years before our era, in the Sumerian city of Uruk and the ancient Elamite city of Susa, clay tablets containing measures were found, inscriptions in the language, which for the most part are receipts of various types, also accounts of merchants, which were written 6000 years ago. The cultures of Mesopotamia were the precursors of almost all the current measures, since they decribrieron the geometry, they invented the written language (according to the data obtained until now) and invented the system Sexagesimal.
