    Palmer Red Raids was the name given during the 1919 and 1920 in which the raid conducted by the U. S. Department in an attempt to arrest foreign anarchists, radical leftists, and communists, many of whom were subsequently deported. It is a series of raids were the Department of Justice conducted to capture and arrest the suspected radicals from the United States.
