Why does Truman think the Taft Hartley act would harm American laborers and employers?

    He believed that it would be disastrous for workers because it would limit the power of unions and laborers would suffer because of it which would in turn bring harm to the employers. The act would put the limit on union business which would be bad for laborers, but many didn't care about that.
