Business ethics are tools, policy or rules that support every individual in an organization, which every member are supposed to adhere. It’s expected from employees to follow and support as to what the business is trying to do - of course those things that are inlined with what is right and ethical. Individual ethics, on the other hand, doesn’t follow any rules but on what a person believes to be right. A person-specific decision which no one can judge as it might be sourced from ones culture, religion, experience or even upbringing as a whole.
