The participants in the meeting were heads of government of the United States (President Franklin D. Roosevelt), the United Kingdom (Prime Minister Winston Churchill) and the Soviet Union (Prime Minister Joseph Stalin). They decided that Germany would be divided among the Allied nations, the Soviet Union would enter the war against Japan and that the United Nations would be created.
