The British won the French and Indian war and allowed them to expand in the New World. It could be noted that the British were also the biggest losers due to the crazy amount of debt they were in, as well as eventually losing the colonists of the New World due to them succeeding England to form America, due to how over taxed and over worked they were due to England trying to pull themselves out of debt.
