If you could add an amendment to the constitution what it be and why?

For women to get equal pay. Why? Well, some jobs pay men higher than women. But both genders work the same amount of hours with the same amount of effort. Maybe they even have the same degree (ex: master degree). So I find it unfair that women get lower pay than men when we can do the same thing.
