Nationalists in 1786 met at The Annapolis Convention, or the Meeting of Commissioners to Remedy Defects of the Federal Government, they used this to discuss issues regarding the United States government. The Annapolis convention is said to have been held September 11th through the 14th, 1786, at the Mann's Tavern in Annapolis, Maryland.

This was formerly titled the Meeting of Commissioners to Remedy Defects of the Federal Government, but I would put The Annapolis convention, unless it's a written question, then include both.
