    Yes, i believe so.

    It is important to know that there is nothing such a perfect legal system exist in this world. The separation of power in united states is created by founding fathers in order to prevent the government from turning into tyranny.

    Even though this later on lead to a decrease in overall efficiency, i believe it still does its job in limiting Government's power
