Which was an event in early Roman history? The overthrow of the Etruscans led to the establishment of pax romana. Republican government was established by the aristocracy. The Roman military marched into the British Isles and expanded the empire. The Senate gave Octavian the title of Augustus.

    I think it is: Republican government was establushed by the aristocracy. Although the overthrow of Etruscans was in early Roman history, but Pax Romana was during the Roman Empire.
