What animal was the key to the survival of the plains indians? what were at least two uses of this animal?

    It was horses and buffalo. Horses they used to collect stuff they needed, carry stuff, go hunting with. Buffalo is what they hunted constantly and ate. and used their skins for blankets or clothes.
