    The Treaty of Versailles after WW1 was unfair especially to the Germany and made the Germans angry - leading to their uprising.

    Overbearing Nationalism in countries like Germany, Italy and Japan went hand in hand with taking over territories. Also, the nationalism in Germany and Italy went hand in hand with fascism. Hitler was inspired by Italy's fascist government and adapted the same attitude.
