Plea bargaining is a process in which a prosecutor makes a concession to a defendant in exchange for the defendant's pleading guilty.

The purpose of the trial is to present all relevant admissible evidence to the court. The jury will decide the guilt or innocence of the accused person ... If the accused pleads 'not guilty' then the trial begins.

This is the best I could answer this, hope it works out for ya!
