Its the first one because Georgia won in Cherokee Nation v. Georgia and the Cherokee were removed; Worchester v. Georgia gave the Cherokee more land in the West. The Cherokee won in Cherokee Nation v. Georgia, but that decision was overturned when Georgia won the Worchester v. Georgia decision. Georgia won in Cherokee Nation v. Georgia but little changed; Worchester v. Georgia was in favor of the Cherokee but they lost their land anyway. The Cherokee won in Cherokee Nation v. Georgia and remained on their land; Worchester v. Georgia was in also favor of the Cherokee but they lost their land anyway.
