    Justinian was the Byzantine emperor who passed in the history from 527 to 565 whose real name was Petrus Sabbatius. He took the Roman lands back and then improved on them greatly by creating a strong government. It is said that he had the greatest army in the world. Justinian is also known to be a great legislative.
