In what situations may the us supreme court have jurisdiction over a decision by a state supreme court

    I'm not sure if you're looking for a specific answer, but I think it's when you appeal to the verdict and want another trial. That, and when the verdict is undecided. I might be forgetting something else but that's what I've known so far.
