    He was able to use this drive to let him have the power over France. It was just like when the Church used religion to make citizens follow their orders and justify their actions.

    /Napoleon used the Napoleonic Code, his creation, to unite the people and overthrow the monarchy in France. They finally felt that they have liberty, fraternity, and equality on their hands. He was able to stir the feelings of Nationalism. In addition to this, he also made several successful battles during the French Revolution. The unity of the people made them become a strong force in Europe. Napoleon was a symbol of Nationalism which eventually supported him to have the power.
