What advantages did the Columbian Exchange bring to the people of the Americas? What disadvantages did it create in other parts of the world?

    The America’s were exposed to many new foods that they didn’t have but were exposed to European diseases that wiped them out.

    The advantages the Columbian Exchange brought to the people of the Americas is that the conquistadors had the advantage of horses and steel weapons. Also Introduced new animals. These newly introduced animals included pigs, horses, mules, sheep and cattle.
