Why did hamilton distrust madison, jefferson, and their faction (party) and feel that they were dangerous to america's government?

    Hamilton felt that the other party was too close to France in their foreign policy dealings, which would put them at odds in any dealings with Great Britain. Also, he felt that Madison and Jefferson were against the idea of funding the national debt, which he felt was poor economic policy for the new country.
