    Confucius was more concerned with social and ethical questions than with religion. The main philosophy of Confucius focused on personal integrity and morals for oneself as well as government. Confucian teaching also concentrates on the importance of family life and the correct values that accompany it. Chief among his many philosophies is: Filial piety, humanness and the importance of ritual.
