Which role does the judicial branch play in making public policy?

    Their role is to protect the people from unfair policies and laws that go against them. When a law is made or a policy is made, the judicial branch reviews the law and decides whether or not it's unconstitutional and if it is then the law is abolished. They protect people in that way.
