How does Madison justify his concerns about the problem of factions?

    Madison was concerned about factions because they were growing in strength and since their main goals was gaining wealth instead of standing up for the people and representing them, he presented ways to fight factions and explained why they needed to be stopped in order to ensure a democratic society.
