Which branch of government most strongly defended the rights of native americans.

    I believe the answer is the Executive Branch.

    At that time, both the legislative and judiciary branch believed that the Government should not involve in the cruelty that being done to the native American by stating that the crimes that imposed to the Natives were beyond the jurisdiction of the State.
