Factories created a new labor system in the industrial revolution by opening and introducing new job offers to the people.

Because of this, job opportunities were given a boost and since factories started sprouting from the beginning of the industrial revolution, this put a lot of attention towards the Americas and Europe. Population grew, and jobs did too.
