What makes it difficult to use the term transformational leadership when referencing leaders such as saddam hussein and adolf hitler?

    I think it is because these two leaders focus more on their personal goals than the goals of their people. They call this one as pseudo-transformational. There is change, but the change happens in a more negative side. Transformational leadership should not only be the leader, but his goals and his follower's goals should be the same, This type of leader will do his best to achieve the change, not for himself but his followers.
