    Parlaiment passed no taxes w/out P's consent-Charles did not like this because it put limits on him. Civil war in england and Cromwell got rid of unsupporting parlaiment. Cromwell's executed Charles I-Cromwell ruled until death-restoration of the monarchy in england with Charles II and then James II--william and mary "invaded" england-JamesII, wife and infant son fled to france-william and mary accepted the throne of england with the bill of rights (giving power to parlaiment) HeflinsTheName
