How does Giddings distinguish between rights and privileges? Is "first-class" citizenship a right or a privilege?

    Actually theres a big difference between rights and privilege because privilege is just more better options or luxury, where as rights are always every body’s natural rights till the end of life, and ofcourse firstclass citizenship is without a doubt everybodys rights always.
