Why did the black death spread so quickly in the middle ages?

    The Black death arrived in Europe by sea. Which was easier for the people who met at the docks. If it did not kill you, you became ill. It covered your body with black boils that oozed blood, High fever, and your food would not stay down. It was definitly quickly spreaded. Even during wars.
