Women that aligned with the Progressive Party fought for two main changes in the United States.

    1) Prohibition of alcohol - This movement to ban the sale, consumption, and distribution of alcohol was driven by the women of the Temperance movement. These women were also affiliated with the Progressive Party. There goal was to improve the morality of the American society. They believed that drinking lead to the bad decisions and decreased moral standards of individuals in the US.

    2) Women's right to vote - When this party was created in 1912, women did not have a national amendment guaranteeing their right to vote. Their ultimate goal was to get a constitutional amendment passed in order to grant them the right to vote.
