What were the drawbacks of having a railroad run through your city in the 1800s?

    -The benefits might include job creations because maybe the train would break and then someone had to fix it. Another benefit would be that supplies would be available in your town. Also you could be more connected to others because there is transportation from your town to someone else's town. - The negatives might be pollution problems because they train might puff out smoke. Also having a train run through your town could be very noisy.
