Explain the difference about nationalism and traditionalism. How might this ideals clash as countries modernized.

    The nationalism and traditionalism are similar in lots of ways, the main difference is that the nationalism is more focused on keeping an ethnically pure population, religiously pure population, and also lifting the nation's values at a much higher level than those of the other countries, while the traditionalism is more focused on preserving the old traditions, the 'old ways' that have been passed through generations, and is restrictive of new or foreign influences on them. In modern time they are very often confused and intertwined with one another, so a person that is one of them may consider to be the other one, or is perceived by the others like lets say a nationalist, even though he is a traditionalists. This confusion is mainly made because of the modern day's propaganda by the media and political parties.
