What weaknesse in the national government did shays's rebellion reveal

    It revealed that the national government had no power to defend it's decision. Local armies had to be created to enforce the law

    If the government has the power to make the law to response for certain violence situation like we see today, the Shat's rebellion would be unlikely to happen.
