    I would say D because Ancient Egypt had polytheistic periods then monotheistic and vice versa yet they also worshiped Pharoh like that of a god Anubis, Ra etc. The pyramids are a burial place from what I remember and Church and State wouldn't apply to Ancient Egypt.
