How did the government play a role in the arts during the Great Depression?

    They made it so that the great depression started because they cut down all the grass. Then, the dirt would blow everywhere, and that would make the place really dry. They were having no rain and the crops didn't grow. Sooner they had too much dust and it created a deadly dust storm.
