The history of art is the evolution of art through time. Africa has a great variety of cultures, with its own languages, traditions and artistic forms. The indigenous tribes of Africa maintain various aesthetic manifestations until recent times. Art reflects aesthetics and communication, through which ideas, emotions and a vision of the world, art uses diverse resources, such as plastics, linguistic, sound or mixed. Art has a distinction between liberal arts and vulgar arts, passing through the modern distinction between fine arts and minor or applied arts, and contemporary multiplicity, which understands as art almost any manifestation of the creativity of the human being.
