What is the myth of Romulus and Reus and plebian lice vs. patrician life (jobs, political power ect.)

The myth of Romulus and Remus is the creation myth of Rome. Romulus and Remus were brothers who were sent down a river in a basket to escape being killed and were raised by wolves and peasants. They were considered sons of the war God (Mars I think?) Romulus killed Remus after they had an argument about where to build Rome.
