    I believe the answer is: Teach girls how to act more masculine

    what Mary Wollstonecraft's meant when she said that girls have to act more masculine is not referring to increasing their strength and muscle.

    But rather developed their behavior so they believe in themselves to take more risk and dare to confront any actions that is unfair to their situation.
