Why did the Anti-Federalists urge for the adding of a Bill of Rights to the United States Constitution?

there was already an obligation to do so, but the Federalists were disregarding it

there was an example set for doing so in Great Britain's Constitution

they thought the government needed rules from possible rebellions

they thought the people's liberties needed protection from the government; increase individual rights
