Why does the First Amendment restrict absolute freedoms or rights? A. Limitations are put on your individual rights in order to protect the rights of others. B. Limitations were created so the government could keep a certain level of power. C. Controlling the media has become impossible so the federal government removed some of its rights. D. State governments were afraid they would lose control of citizens without limitations.
