What led to the rise of townsites around rail towns? A. Settlers were able to buy land more cheaply directly from the railroad. B. Settlers entering the Unassigned Lands on trains grabbed land near the tracks. C. Settlers knew the land near railroads was worth less and therefore was cheaper. D.
