A person borrows a neighbor's tools and returns them in a damaged condition. Using the examples you have seen from Hammurabi's Code, write a code that would address such a situation. Be sure your code offers ways to protect both the borrower and the lender.

    A code used by Hammurabi was the famous "eye for an eye" so basically it would be to do something related to what the neighbor did to your tools
