How did english settlers in north america interact with indians, africans, and witches?

The native americans (indians), were treated usually poorly but there were examples of cooperation. The Africans were slaves except for those who were freed. Witches were usually burnt at the stake, the famous case of it being the salem witch trial where people were tried for sorcery and witchcraft.
