A short story (or at least ideas) about someone not getting trial by jury.

    The best example I can think of is the Japanese internment camps that America created during World War II. The short version is that after Pearl Harbor was bombed by Japan, America created camps where they relocated vast amount of Japanese Americans into camps, to be held until at least the end of the war, all without due process for these people of any kind.
