How were female and male slaves treated differently?

Girls would be beaten then raped females would cook and do house chores and men did hard labor

More than often female slaves were house slaves, A. K. A they did chores like cooking cleaning and taking care of the children. Males however were more physically fit so they would be field slaves which picked the crops and did anything else outside. That's the common though, males could be house slaves and vice versa.
