How did political instability push other northern europeans to emigrate?

    The two main reason of the immigration of northern Europeans were basically slavery and political instability. There was no other choice but to relocate because of the conflict and even war. Also environmental conditions were not so good that it was best to relocate them and even some were sold for slavery.
