    2. Theocracy. They had patented a government based on their own ideals. Because of this, they persecute people that are not members of their Church

    3. The leaders of the colony were mostly clergies.

    4. People were more rational. People no longer solely depend on the Bible but rather they use their rationality to know more about God

    5. Puritans opened a new life for many immigrants who flee from religious persecution.
