    The Second Amendment right is important to a lot of people. That right enforces our liberties against always inclined to be self-serving governments. However, most experts agree that the most important amendment in the Bill of Rights is the first one. It protects freedom of religion and speech, and allows people to speak freely. The freedom of speech is pretty important. It allows you to speak out against the government if they are doing something that you do not like. The eighth Amendment to the US Constitution bars against the use of Cruel and Unusual Punishment
