    The 6th amendment of the United States Constitution guarantees an accused person the right to counsel. This imperative part of the Bill of Rights, ensures that accused criminals will have legal representation that is well qualified. Also guaranteed in the sixth amendment of the constitution is the right to a public trial, the right to an impartial jury/judge, and the right to know who is accusing you of what crime.
